NYSDSC - Spring '26 Conference 

Date: June 8th to June 11th 2026

Vendor display: June 10th, 2026

Vendors are invited to display and demonstrate their wares on the Wednesday (June 10th, 2026) of the conference inside the hotel. Please notify registration@nysdsc.org if you need accommodations or need further information.

The base fee for exhibitors is $300.00 per table, which includes access to one table, and electricity for Wednesday, for up to two representatives per table.

An additional table can be requested at an additional cost of $50 per table. 

Your registration will include your for the Wine, Beer & Cheese Reception.

Call for Proposals: If you are interested in presenting, please complete the Call for proposals form by March 3rd, 2026

Contact the hotel directly at the link above to make lodging reservations and ask for the NYS Disability Services Council room block.
Booking cost is 179.00 per night for NYSDSC members up to availability, through Monday, May 7th, 2026

Rates will be between $199 - $209 after May 8th, 2026

If you plan to present, please create all conference material accessibility in mind and in accordance with Title II ADA standards.
